Forza Horizon 6 has two launch moments, and the difference is the thing most players trip over.
- Early Access ran the week before the standard edition. Dated coverage from 19 May 2026 describes the game as "following the Forza Horizon 6 early access release last week" while the standard edition had "now ... available".
- The standard edition launched on 19 May 2026 in Asia/Shanghai. The US-facing Steam release field renders the same launch as 18 May 2026, and this site publishes the Asia/Shanghai day, which is also the date its own per-platform record keeps.
One caveat worth stating plainly: the store field is a per-store string, not a per-viewer one — it reads the same from every locale — but it is not a stable historical record, and an 8 October reading of the same page already showed 19 May. This page publishes the Asia/Shanghai launch day and keeps the US-facing reading beside it rather than presenting either as settled.
Price
Steam lists the standard edition at US $69.99, with no active discount at the time of the read on 21 October 2026. The Premium Edition, Premium Upgrade and Expansions Bundle are named in the developer's own expansion announcement, and the first Premium Expansion is scheduled for Steam on 21 January 2027.
Languages
The listing shows 23 interface languages. English, Simplified Chinese, Traditional Chinese, French, Italian, German, Spanish-Spain, Japanese and Korean are marked with the full-audio asterisk, as are several others; the rest are interface only.
