Big Walk player count, co-op and communication
How Big Walk's 2–12-player groups, proximity voice and gestures fit its cooperative adventure, with limits on what the official description confirms.
Answer: Big Walk supports 2–12 players in online co-op. It uses proximity voice, gestures and communication tools; the official store also lists cross-platform multiplayer.
Plan your group
The official feature list gives a minimum of two players and a maximum of twelve. It describes a cooperative, handcrafted adventure with an ending, not a competitive matchmaking game. The listed player range does not establish a solo mode or local split-screen support.
How communication works
Proximity voice changes with the surroundings: voices fade over distance, echo in corridors and become muffled through walls. Walkie-talkies offer another way to stay in contact. When speech is unavailable, characters can point, wave and gesture.
Tools in the official description include binoculars, laser pointers, megaphones, flares, whiteboards and cowbells. This describes available communication ideas, not the solution to a particular puzzle.
Cross-platform boundaries
Steam lists online co-op and cross-platform multiplayer. Its system requirements include Windows and macOS. That combination does not establish availability on every console or a specific account-linking workflow.
Before playing
Compare your hardware with the requirements page, organize a group within the published player range, and review the current in-game instructions for joining. We have not tested connectivity, microphone configuration or invite flows and do not promise a fix for networking issues.
