Answer: The official description allows up to four players in online co-op and up to 32 on a dedicated server. These are different session types, not interchangeable limits.

Two published session limits
Online co-op is described as supporting up to four players together. A dedicated server can allow up to 32. Check which type the group intends to use before planning a large session; a dedicated-server limit does not expand a normal four-player co-op session.
Activities with Pals
The listing describes land, sea and aerial mounts, construction, planting, watering, harvesting, mining and energy production. Pals can also accompany dungeon exploration. These are advertised systems, not an efficiency spreadsheet or a verified best-Pal assignment.

Breeding boundaries
The description says offspring inherit characteristics. It does not provide a complete parent-combination table, probability model or confirmed current-patch inheritance odds. Do not use this overview as a breeding calculator.
Joining and platform limits
Steam lists single-player, online co-op and cross-platform multiplayer. This source does not spell out account linking, platform pools, save migration or server setup. The hub does not invent those procedures.

Date scope
On 8 October 2026, the Steam US-English listing displayed 10 July 2026. Re-read on 21 October 2026, the same US-English release field reads 9 July 2026, while Pocketpair's own launch announcement states that Palworld entered 1.0 on 10 July 2026. Both readings are kept here: the publisher's stated day and the field's rendering of it. This is the current listed date, not evidence of when Palworld first entered early access. Earlier release history needs its own dated official source.
Connection-version errors and co-op fixes in v1.0.4
Palworld v1.0.4 makes version-mismatch errors display the connection target's version. Compare that displayed build with your own before changing server settings. The patch also addresses co-op guests not joining the host's guild correctly and a host mission progressing when a client enters a mission area. Those are named fixes, not a change to the published four-player co-op and 32-player dedicated-server limits or a cure for every failed connection.
